Good start in his first lecture
It's the Computational Science and Engineering I course in (MIT-Open-course-ware)
"what else should I say before I start? I said this was my favorite course, and maybe I elaborate a little. Well, I think what I want to say is that I really feel my life is here to teach you and not to grade you. I'm not going to spend this semester worrying about grades, and please don't. They come out fine. We've got lots to learn. And I'll do my very best to explain it clearly. And I know you'll do your best. I know from experience. This class goes for it and does it right. So that's what makes it so good."
I hope this spirit reach all teachers all over the world ... because this is -in my opinion- the real teaching
